Well I am just a typical guy whom you’ll see walking along the street with an iPod earphone plugged on my ears that is connected to my Nokia Audio Adapter and then connected to my phone. In short, I’m into high tech gadgets. Well I really don’t spoil myself into gadgets, since I don’t have enough income to buy the latest phone or mp3 players in the market; I simply feed my mind of enough knowledge about the latest craze of boy’s toys. I only own few of this hardware, and my favorite among my stuffs us my Nokia 6630 phone. Its not that this is the only phone that I have, but this phone has a sentimental value for me (I can’t imagine that I too has a sentimental value of my own). It’s a gift for me by my dearest tatay (Father).

I was so excited when my tatay gave it to me. I have a new phone and now I will make my old Nokia 3650 a history. A few days after having my new phone, I went to a nearby Internet shop to install some new applications to my phone. From a Blacklister to SMS Machine to Photo Editors to MP3 Players to Mobile Games. I also puit some ringtones, videos, images and mp3 files. Now I have my phone with me for about a year and 2 months and I am not happy with my old school message alert tones that I have. Quenching my thirst of having a new school tones, I search some over the Internet. I found few of good tones; there is Edu Manzano’s Game KNB? Soundtrack, 26K’s Dance Music, Mr. Bean’s Intro Music and Fart ringing tone which will last for about 30-50 seconds. Honestly, I’ve been searching for this fart ringing tone for quite a long time but I don’t want it long, I just want it short with 1 to 3 seconds playtime. Since I don’t have a personal computer for me to edit the one and only available ringing tone online, I’ve come up with this idea of recording my own personal fart. It sounds crazy though, but its true. All I need now is right time and right place.

One night last week, the storm was wandering our country causing a chilly night. That made my tummy aches with a full load of air. Then I remember my cravings for having a fart message tone and told myself that this will be the right time and right place since I’m on my bed that time. I prepared my phone waiting for the right timing. Here comes a big blow from me and after a few seconds, I successfully recorded my much-awaited brand new tone with onion flavor! Haha!

It’s too shameful for me when people will stare at me when they will hear my brand new tone. But I deserve my own happiness and satisfaction so I simply ignore them and put an evil smile on my face laughing with my own crazy idea to be satisfied.

War is still going on at the southwest part of the Philippines. Lots of individuals are affected. There are civilians of the locals that are the victim of the rivalry between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the renowned Abu Sayyaf. There are also children whom at their young age are being exposed to this type of chaos. Some of the affected civilians don’t really know and understand what is it that they (AFP and ASG) are fighting for. I think the beheading and the ambush at Basilan was the reason behind this, but why too late? Why would the government wait for the enemy to execute the military if they could make an action before the ambush was happened? Now here comes the military backup from the different Islands of the Philippines. Another set of heroes. But what will happen to them in Basilan? Did the government think that they could solve the problems only by sending plenty of militaries in Basilan? They can’t really solve the problems in our country when there are TRAITORS of the state. Ordinary individuals like us could not recognize them but I am sure that some of us know and feel who and what is their modus operandi while they are in the government position.

Yesterday I witnessed a ceremony of giving honor to the 15 Marines casualties at the camp of Marines in Fort Bonifacio, Makati City. A lady from an unloading coaster struck me when I saw her crying in pain. She really don’t deserve of what she feel that time. If we only have good governance and good and ungreedy government officials, then I think our country would become better and I think the woman from the coaster is not there yesterday crying and suffering the pain she feels while watching her husband inside the coffin.

I salute to all the good military we have here in our country. Good luck to us Filipinos!
