METHOD 1: USING PC SUITE (PC users only)

If you do not yet have PC Suite version 6.84 or better installed on your computer, please click here. PC Suite is a software program that will help you easily install the N-Gage application, and the games, on your device.

1. Start PC Suite on your PC.

2. Connect your device to your PC using a USB cable.

3. Select PC Suite Mode in the dialog box on the device.

4. Click the Get Connected button on PC Suite and follow the on-screen directions to enable the connection to your device.

5. Click the Install Applications icon on PC Suite.

6. Follow the on screen directions to transfer and install the N-Gage application (.sisx) file from your desktop to your device.

- Be sure to select 'Mass Memory' or 'Memory Card' from the drop-down menu when choosing a destination on your device.

7. Start the N-Gage application on your device by clicking the N-Gage icon in the Applications Folder.

8. Now you are ready to install the games. Double-click the N-Gage game file (the .n-gage file) on your PC, and follow the on-screen instructions.

9. The on-screen instructions will remind you to have the N-Gage application installed, and prompt you to finish the installation on your device.

10. With the N-Gage application running, install the games to your device's mass memory or memory card.

NOTE: If you own the N81 8GB, your 8GB of memory is displayed as the memory card.

11. Complete the installation and start the game.

NOTE: You may need to attempt this process several times; see the KNOWN ISSUES section, below.

NOTE: If you encounter the error "Application can not be installed to the device. Not enough memory available." during PC Suite installation, this means you do not have enough free device memory to begin with. Please free up enough device memory to proceed, or use the Mass Storage / Data Transfer Mode method of installation, described below.

METHOD 2: USING MASS STORAGE / DATA TRANSFER MODE (PC and Mac users)

1. Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.

2. On your device, select: Data Transfer or Mass Storage Mode (refer to your manual if you do not know which Mode to use to transfer files). Your device should now appear on "My Computer/Finder" as an external drive or removable disk.

3. Copy the N-Gage install file (.sisx) from your computer to a folder on your device's mass memory or memory card (such as the Other folder).

4. Disconnect your device from your computer.

5. From the File Manager application on your device (under the Tools menu), navigate to the memory card tab. Open the N-Gage install file to start the installation process. Follow the on-screen instructions on your device. It may take several minutes or more to install the application, so please be patient. You will be notified when the installation is complete.

6. Run the N-Gage application once to verify it is working.

7. Now you are ready to install the games. Re-connect your device to your computer using the USB cable.

8. From your computer, copy the N-Gage game file (the .n-gage file) to the N-Gage folder on your device memory. This folder is created the first time you run the N-Gage application.

9. Disconnect your device from your computer.

10. Start the N-Gage application on your device by clicking the N-Gage icon in the Applications Folder. The N-Gage application will detect your games and prompt you to install them. (If you are not prompted to install the game, use File Manager to open the game install file and start the installation process.)

11. Complete the installation and start the game.

NOTE ON BLUETOOTH: It is possible to install the N-Gage application using Bluetooth, however the games will not be recognized. We recommend you use PC Suite or the Mass Storage Method to install your games, as described above.

My Screen Name?

I'm sure a lot of you are confused why did I have a screen name of "Fico". I'm going to tell you a story about how did I come up with this screen name. It all started when I went to this Internet Cafe in Davao City to play Counter Strike. The internet cafe was full so I need to wait for my turn to play. While waiting, I am watching this guy who just logged in and change his username to Mephiesto. I said to myself that names starting from letter "M" is cool. So I decided to look for a unique name that I can use when I play Counter Strike and also to chat in MIRC.

A few days later, my mother asked me to go to my auntie's crib in the next subdivision. Since I bow down everytime I walk, I saw this pasta brand named "magnifico". Then I remembered that incident in the Internet Cafe so I said to myself that I'm gonna use this name "magnifico" starting that day. That was like 7 years ago(2000). From then on, I became known in the IRC as magnifico both ChatX and DalNet Server. Because most of my friends here in DalNet calls me "Fico"(short for magnifico), I decided to change my screen name to "Fico". I also use this in all of my usernames in forums where I am active. That's the story of my screen name!

Before I forgot, you may also think that "Boffill" is a screen name, but that's the way how it is. This is actually my real name. Given by my mother when I was born. She got this name from "Angela Bofill" singer of "This Time I'll Be Sweeter", "Tonight I Give In" etc. My mother is just a fan of hers that time so she decided to give me a name "Boffill". My name has a different spelling with Angela's. So to those who is asking why Fico, why magnifico and why Boffill, here is the answer. :)

Crips, Bloods & Latin Kings Get Their Own Baseball Cap

I just saw this video in YouTube about a baseball apparel that has a gang design. It was really a big deal for the people in the states because it can create chaos about street gangs specially Crips and Bloods. Most of the time, the only gang identification that you can see to this gang members are the bandanas hanged on the left or the right side depending on what gang they represent or other would put this bandana on their heads. Now, few designs of this caps are released on the stores all over New York but was asked to be stopped by the Police so that it wouldn't lead to gang wars. The Baseball Legue and the stores said that they would stop the production of this caps but on the video, it was said that the caps were still sold on some sports house in New York. As for me, it should be stopped so that it would not create a more chaos between the gangs in America.

Flesh N Bone

This is Flesh N Bone of Bone Thugs N Harmony. His real name is Stanley Howse. Bone Thugs is one of my biggest influence in terms of hiphop culture and also in writing my own lyrics. I like them a lot because of the harmony in their rap songs. I feel like if they could just hear a simple rap beat, they can create immediately a very harmonious rap that its as if they are just singing and not rapping. Flesh is one of the troubled member of Bone Thugs. When the time came that he released his first album, he was still on the process on some legal problems. Right now, he is in jail and scheduled to be released on parole this year. He was sent to jail for threatening a friend by an AK-47. I'm sure a lot of fans of BTNH are expecting Flesh to be doing good this time and to make a lot of differences on his life and on his music. Everybody expects a lot of good things from Bone Thugs N Harmony. Honestly speaking, I love their old way of rapping. The Old School type of Bone Thugs N Harmony though I also like some of their new tracks but the reason why I became a huge fan of them is that because their old school rap like Crossroads, Days of Our Lives, Mr. Ouija, Mr. Bill Collector etc. Too bad I haven't bought their latest album Strength And Loyalty due to financial descripancies. But the moment I can generate enough cash for that, I'm gonna buy me that album. I don't wanna miss any single tid bits of Bone Thugs N Harmony. How I wish they can come over here in the Philippines to perform. Based of what I have noticed, a lot of G's here in the Philippines still like Bone Thugs N Harmony. Even those who are not into rap music, they can still recognize the songs of BTNH. Maybe because of their harmonious music. I can't wait for Flesh to be released and hear some good tracks from him!

More power to Bone Thugs N Harmony.

My Chat Life

Today, I'm going to share to ya'll about my Chat life. I've been chatting over the IRC since 2000. It all started when a friend of mine introduced MIRC to me. Before, you will spend P20/hr in an internet cafe. I can still remember when I was so innocent on computers and internet. When I'm online in MIRC, all that I do is to do PM (Private Message) and then chat with different people specially girls. After a few chat, I would invite girls for an EB(Eye-Ball) then a few chitchat then I would go home. That's how my chat life started. I use ChatX Network that time. Time came when I learned MIRC terms like OP(operator) or VOP(voiced) etc... That's the time that I became curious about kicking a user, setting a ban, using MIRC Scripts and some stuffs that OP's can do. So I started talking to those users that are being respected because they have this power to control a channel. Then, due to my curiousity, I learned all the basic stuffs. The information I needed to became an Operator. I started applying as an operator in some channels up to the point that I have created my very first channel in ChatX which is called #Freeway. Because of not so strict rules of big channels in ChatX, I searched for a small script that will invite users to my channel from a big channel of ChatX like #Ateneo and #Davao. Due to inviting users, my channel would sometimes have an average of 100 users everyday. But that did not stayed long because I could not manage my channel that much. Chatting was just a past time for me. A relaxation for me, though I know that it can really give me a stress. Maybe the longest hour that I spent chatting was approximately 15hours. I have met a lot of people also thru MIRC. There are few friends that I have known until now and some are like a retired chatters now. Time came on when Admins of ChatX Network had a fight so I decided to change network from ChatX to DalNet. That's the time when I became matured in chatting over the IRC. There was this incident before when our neighbor who used to be a stranger to me was introduced to me and we became good friends. Then I discovered that he was a chatter also from DalNet and an Operator from #Davao. I told him directly that I want to apply as an Operator also in #Davao. That was like 5 years ago (2003). A few months of becoming an active chatter of #Davao channel, I was added to the Aop list of #Davao and became a regular Operator there until now. MIRC thought me a lot things like having an interest in HTML programming and also editing MIRC Scripts. So now, i'm still an active chatter in MIRC. I am using now my own personal script though it is just a collection of addons from MIRC Script websites.

If you want to chat with me, just try to download MIRC to www.mirc.com and then install it in your computer then from there, try to connect to irc.dal.net:6667 and join #Davao or #Cebu. My nick there is Fico.

To my GrandMa

Last week I mentioned about this mini-family reunion of my relatives on my father's side. My mother went there also my father and my brother and aunties and uncles and cousins except me. When i picked up my mother at the airport last tuesday, she told stories about what had happened there in my father's province and that got me jealous that it made me feel sad thinking that I haven't been there. Well, I just thought that an opportunity is knocking on me here in Manila so I never went there with them. When we got home, my mother mentioned about my grandma who died last sunday. I feel like i'm crying in pain because of what happened to her. She has a lung cancer and I think its about stage 4 when she was sent to the hospital. Actually, I haven't spent a lot of time with my lola. When we will visit her, it will only take a few hours then we will jump off and go to our ancestral house in Biliran. It was so painful in my side that I haven't seen her for such a long time and now I just heard a news about what had happened to her. Early this morning, my mother went back to Tacloban to visit my grandma's wake together with my brother and my father. I can't come with them again because of my training. I don't really know what to do. I wanna go there and see my lola even for the last time but still I can't. So now I am just praying for her soul to be with God above. I wish I have spent a lot of time with her. Trully, regrets comes last but what can I do, it's all done now. I know God has a purpose on what had happened to her. It's just a matter of accepting the truth and live life.

To my GrandMa, I love you and I hope i'm gonna see you to the crossroads with my Ate.

Much Love!

My PBB Eviction Experience

Maybe some of you would really think that i've been to the Pinoy Big Brother house and actually talked to that masculine voice of "Kuya" but its not really the way how it sounds. The real thing is that the eviction is not in Pinoy Big Brother but in our training for work at this Telecom company in Ortigas. Everybody from our class was really expecting that there will be an eviction process today but the question that remained on our mind for the whole day is "Who will be evicted today?". I was actually nervous when I came in this morning and I know some of my co-trainees do feel the same way too. One of my classmate did lost her appetite just because of this eviction that will gonna happen this afternoon. The day was flooded with talks about that eviction. This guy who is the naughtiest among the class is obviously nervous also when the time of the eviction came. Others would joke as if they were joining a beauty pageant that they are holding they're hands waiting for the judgement from our judges who are our trainer.

It was really stressful and I was really exhausted. I feel like I was having a fever maybe because of the aircondition of our room also (I can't admit that I got nervous because of the eviction :D ).

So here it is, the judgement hour came. Our trainer first asked us about the activity held this morning. She even asked some of my classmates (oh! I forgot, including me) to sing in front of our co-trainees for an intermission. Our trainer joked at us that it was actually 17 trainees that will suffer the pain of being evicted but because they got attached to us, they just make it 13 trainees. Then almost all of us believed that statement came from our trainer though I myself thought that it will only be 3 persons. So the moment came where they were calling names like about 10-15 persons and told them to go out of the room first because they(our trainer) will have a very important message to tell. After a few moment outside, our trainer came back and then called another name and now it is only 3 persons and same procedure as the first batch, they sent them out and talked to them. After a few talks outside, they came in again and now we were only about 20 plus persons inside the room and were very nervous of what will be the anouncement from them. One of our trainer then said "Ok guys, we regret to tell you that... you will come back tomorrow morning at 6a.m. to attend our class and please, don't be late!". Everybody inside our room was really glad and happy of the announcement and some ask our trainer who the evictee was, then they told us that it was the 3 persons from the 2nd batch of the name called.

It was really fulfilling that I was not evicted. It made me proud of myself that i've done a good job and it really gives me more confidence. But I feel sorry also of what had happened of the evictee but that's life, sometimes it is fair and sometimes it is not. When we got out of the room, we approach the evictee and then told them that it's just ok, that everything will be just fine and still life must go on. Though they were not showing it to us but we know that they were hurt also of the decision. It will not be the end for them but it will be a good start for them to go beyond the limit.

All I can say is that, I'm gonna miss them and I hope that they will find a new and better company that they may be part of.

Achmed The Dead Terrorist

Truly this is one of the funniest video i've ever seen over the internet. This video is all about a Puppet who used to be a suicide bomber from Iraq. At first he doesn't know that he is already dead until at the end of the show he realized that he is indeed a dead corpse talking to Jeff Dunham. Just try to watch the video and laugh to death! :D

By: Fico and Cyruz

[chorus]

[magnifico]
we'd fillin' all it up to you once again

holdin' the torch with flame
coming out from the hole with that glock glock
we'd point out the nozzle we'd pullin trigga
then you hear from us with that one shot
then we got luck
coz we'd already killed one enemy
from the industry
now don't ya'll muthaphuckaz tryna kill me
tryna erase me exactly
Trues Humbly United Gatherin' Souls

Silay'y Magbabalik

by: Fico, Cyruz, Pugante

STOP SUMMARY KILLING

[chorus]

Silay magbabalik
ikaw ay hahatulan
sa bawat dugong dadanak
sayo ay sisinag [2x]

[magnifico]

United As One

Chorus

We live for life!
And let's unite.
We ain't never gonna die!
We multiply.

Verse 1

Ah men, I thought that we're accepted by the public
but damn they can't even give us respect
and if i tell you that i'ma goin' to pull the trigga
come on! There's nothin' you can do about it.
Ah, callin' all the gangstaz, the thugstaz, the playaz,
the Latino, the Jugallo the Crips and Blood brotha
Let's unite as one together let's join our hands together and let's kick the ass! of that Brown Playa Hataz!
now, why don't ya'll really like the way we act
and even rap you discriminated all of that
now tell us what's the big problem with the song that we made
and i'ma goin' to tell you this that we ain't gonna get fade
coz this is the life that we ain't gonna make change
this is a life that we ain't gonna make a trade
this is our life don't pretend that it is strange
coz this is the life that ya'll gonna be afraid

[back to chorus]

Verse 2

Don't make a mess or die like the rest
feeling comfortable but in the ghetto you don't have access
Brown Pride from the SouthSide Thugztaz from the inside
we represent the 082 and we're Brown Playaz for life! yo! now why are we livin' in this world of playa hation
they keep on givin' us a big discrimination
now hataz are laughin' at us but damn, they keep on bouncin
to the beat and the muzix that we all keep on playin'
the world is so cool but you made it so cruel
if you really hate us then we do hate you fool
now always put it in your mind that we are one of a kind
and here in the ghetto it's the Thugztaz you can find
it's the place of the Ruthless the land of the Heartless
now always remember that we're the best among the rest
HipHop on the higher level coz we're the best!
break it come on! shit!

[back to Chorus]

Verse 3

the gangstaz the thugztaz united as a fellaz
united as one, to kill brown playa hataz
the latino the jugallos united as a fellaz
united as one to kill brown playa hataz
the blood and the crips united as a fellaz
united as one to kill brown playa hataz
the old school the new school united as a fellaz
united as one to kill brown playa hataz
united as a fellaz, united as a brothaz
united as one, to pull the trigga for that hataz
now hataz prepare for the attack of all the thugztaz
coz we're united as one and we gonna straight comin' at ya
but we ain't gon' mad at ya unless you gonna stop hatin' on us
and if you gonna keep lovin' on us and if you gonna stop hatin' in us
then we the gangstaz and thugztaz gonna pull out our chrome
then we're united as one then we are bad to the bone!

[back to chorus]

Why Girl

[verse 1]

Love is so meaningless to me
when time came that you said that you don't need me
you said i was the one i trust you but i was wrong
you break my heart into pieces and i picked 'em up all alone
doin' it all alone but i gotta stay strong
keepin' all the things right from wrong
then i drive my chrome lowering my tone
my heart became weak damn i was crying at home
where all my fiends at?
and all they have done, is to stay gone
they left me at the corner and i'm all alone all night long when i shred my tears i remember the pain that you bring
i wanna forget the past but it seems it is the hardest things
i remember the song of Pac, that i got to keep my head up
so in doing this i prepare a lot of weed
then make a puff puff puff puff
a lot of puff puff puff puff
tonight i'ma goin' to forget all the things that you've done
then tomorrow i'm all alone thinking what went wrong

[chorus]

why did you tell me that you love me?
tell me no one, no one above me
why then did you live me all alone?
why did you live me?
tryin' to see me?
make me feel that you need me
next you direct and lead me to wrong
why girl? why girl? why girl? why...

[verse 2]

from the very first place girl
i thought that we're gonna be together
that we gonna live forever
that we gonna pledge our heart in front of the Lord together
but girl what then did you do?
you made me believe into you
that we ain't never be apart
that till do us part
that's a promise from our heart
i do love you girl from the start
now what girl had happened to me?
now my heart was bleedin' can't you see?
why did you live me why did you live me
oh Lord God come please help me
i know Lord your my only friend
i do trust you Lord till the end
but why can't i forget her why can't i forget her
why can't i forget the only love that we share?

[back to chorus]

God's Call

[Chorus]
I have come to the Crossroads
which path will i take
Lord lead me to your will
Bless this choice that i will make
I surrender myself to you
Make me live my life for you

[Verse 1]

I was once then a gangsta livin' in the ghetto with my crew
I don't trust anybody and I don't trust even you Lord
I don't have a family I don't have a fiends
I tryna kill myself coz i want my life reach the end
An angel came to me sayin' stop look and listen
There's somebody who wanna talk to you so come believe in him
He got an important message for you to keep your life get livin'
TO get along from gangsta life to make you stop doin' the thuggin'
The angel have convinced me so I come with him to see
But I only saw a siluet of a man staring at me
Then I laughed at the angel sayin' your just tryin' to scare me
And I stop chokingly when it's the good Lord who's talking to me!

[Repeat Chorus]

God said to me, "Son stop doin' that thing
I'll give you a gift coz you got an important mission
you gotta go to my vineyard, gotta sow seed to my vineyard
tryna do that thing, so you'll receive a just reward"
so i stop and i drop what is this is it a trap?
i only want my family back i only want my fiends back
i wanna restore my grades back and i wanna forget that i'm a thug
and i don't wanna go back to that ghetto life that i have got
he said, "Son, is that all that you want?
i'ma goin' to help you as long as you help yourself too
son, just trust in me, just believe in me
i'll give you just reward plus your peace and harmony

[repeat chorus]

On that day that we'd talk i have feel that i'm unworthy
but i'll have to do, coz it's he who commanded me
and i know he ain't forbid me coz i know he is guiding me
and i know he's inside of me and i trust in him in reality
when i pick up the puzzle and pieces and put it together in my life
i may not die God ain't let me cry
gotta get my life go roll roll roll roll roll doin' the impossible role
gotta do good things gotta know new things gotta show God's love to 'em all!
tryna make an end to that sinnin'. tryna make a new beginning
come on now let's stop doin' the thuggin', the crippin', the flickin'
let's not stop doin' the changing
let us change the world let us teach the world
let us stop our brothers and brothers doin' the hatin' the dissin' exactly now let us make our brothers and brothers be fiends for livin' now
let us join our hands together, let's unite as one together
we make love for the good Lord we unite for the good Lord
praiseworthy is he! and that's for real forever and ever!

Ghost?

Can you something different from this picture? I don't really know if that white silhouette on the right side of the picture is really a ghost. This photo is actually taken from a cave called Hinagdanan Cave there in Bohol. Do you really think it's a ghost? Ohhh.. Creepy.. That's me on the picture wearing red jersey.

Our Trip At Manila Ocean Park

My cousin texted me that our auntie from Cotabato is here in Manila for a conference. So we thought of meeting our auntie and ask for gift or any present since me and my cousin are her "inaanak". So we went to her office not thinking that her daughter from Laguna also went there. Our auntie then gave us money that serves as her gift for us. So Me and my 2 cousins chitchat for awhile and then something popped up on Ara's(daughter of my auntie) mind, that we'll go to Manila Ocean Park just to see the place. So we went there never thinking that we will spend our auntie's gift for the Park's entrance. So right now, i'm presenting you sets of photos taken there in Manila Ocean Park with me and my 2 cousins.

I Miss Them

This holy week almost all of my cousins are there in our ancestral house in Naval, Biliran and me, i'm here alone in my auntie's crib in Las Piñas City. How I wish I could come there just to see my cousins and be with them for even a short time only. I feel sad when I saw this picture thinking that i'm far from them. I hope they are doing good now and happy that they are all together now.
