Install any unsigned file in just 4 steps. Complete guide (Simplest method)

Step 1.1: Download the file below and extract.

Step 1.2: Connect your mobile to the PC via USB Cable, and, mode as "PC Suite". From the folder, select the particular TRK SIS File applicable for your phone and install it. Here's a list.

Pre FP1 Devices should install the file:

s60_3_0_app_trk_2_8_6.sis

Post FP1 Devices should install the file:

Lets move on to Step 2.

Step 2.1:Open Metro TRK. You will be greeted by the following screen.

Click No. Then, go to Options > Settings.

Put up the following settings under Settings.

Then, go to the TRK Main Screen again, Options > Connect.

Keep Metro TRK Running. Exit via the Menu Key.


Step 2.2:Now, go back to the folder where all the files are extracted. Run Secman.exe.

Click Next. On the Next Screen, just check the option "Find MetroTRK Port Automatically" and click Next.

After some time, it will start installing the SecMan application to your phone.
After install, you should have Secman on your mobile phone.

Step 3: If the above process was successful, then you should have a Secman icon on your phone

Open SecMan,go to Options and select "Turn Plat Security OFF".

Then, go top Options again and select "Install ROOT Certificate".

Thats it. Now you can install any Unsigned-BiNPDA Release. But, we want to install releases by other crackers/devlelopers too, right? Then, lets move on to Step 4.

Step 4: Put any Unsigned File in the same folder which we have created in Step 1.Open ROOTSiGN.EXE from the same folder, select the SIS File and click "Root Sign the file".

After its done, you will have 2 files in the folder. One Unsigned and One RootSigned.

Install the Rootsigned file. You will see it installs just like a signed SIS file.

Important: After you have installed the files, go to SecMan and go to Options > Turn Plat. Securities ON.
Its not a good idea to keep platform securities off 24x7. They are there for a reason.

To install any unsigned release from now on, you just need to repeat Steps 3 and 4.

Can A Girl Get Pregnant If She Has Sex During Her Period?

One of the biggest myths surrounding pregnancy is that a girl can't get pregnant before she gets her first period. That notion is simply not true. Just because a girl has not had her period does not mean that she has a natural form of birth control.

Getting pregnant is related to ovulation. Because a girl can ovulate before having her first period, it is possible to become pregnant before beginning to menstruate. Any time a girl has sex, she can potentially get pregnant.

A lot of people think that if a girl has sex during her period, she can't get pregnant. But it is possible for a girl to get pregnant while she is bleeding. This can happen for a couple of reasons:


♥Not all vaginal bleeding is the result of a menstrual period. Sometimes a girl will have a small amount of vaginal bleeding at the time of ovulation — the time when she is most fertile. During ovulation, an egg is released from one of the ovaries and travels down a fallopian tube to the uterus. It's common for girls who are ovulating to have some vaginal bleeding that can be mistaken for a period.

♥Sometimes ovulation can occur before the bleeding from a girl's period has stopped, or it may occur within a few days after her period is over. Sperm can fertilize an egg for several days after ejaculation. So in both cases, having sex before the period is finished can result in pregnancy.


Having unprotected sex at any time is very risky. Along with the chance of becoming pregnant, there is also the risk of getting a sexually transmitted disease (STD), such as chlamydia, genital warts, or HIV. The only surefire way to prevent pregnancy and STDs is abstinence. If you do have sex, use a condom every time to protect against STDs. And talk to your doctor about additional forms of contraception.

Pregnancy shouldn't be the only concern about having sex — any time you have sex, especially unprotected sex, you run the risk of getting a sexually transmitted disease (STD). Condoms are the best way, other than abstinence, to protect against both pregnancy and STDs, even if you haven't gotten your period yet.

Muhammad Al-Maghrabi became handicapped and shut down his flower and gifts shop business in Jeddah after his Filipino workers insisted on leaving and returning home. He says: “When they left, I felt as if I had lost my arms. I was so sad that I lost my appetite.”

Al-Maghrabi then flew to Manila to look for two other Filipino workers to replace the ones who had left. Previously, he had tried workers of different nationalities but they did not impress him. “There is no comparison between Filipinos and others,” he says. Whenever I see Filipinos working in the Kingdom, I wonder what our life would be without them.

Saudi Arabia has the largest number of Filipino workers — 1,019,577 — outside the Philippines. In 2006 alone, the Kingdom recruited more than 223,000 workers from the Philippines and their numbers are still increasing. Filipinos not only play an important and effective role in the Kingdom, they also perform different jobs in countries across the world, including working as sailors. They are known for their professionalism and the quality of their work.

Nobody here can think of a life without Filipinos, who make up around 20 percent of the world’s seafarers. There are 1.2 million Filipino sailors.

So if Filipinos decided one day to stop working or go on strike for any reason, who would transport oil, food and heavy equipment across the world? We can only imagine the disaster that would happen.

What makes Filipinos unique is their ability to speak very good English and the technical training they receive in the early stages of their education. There are several specialized training institutes in the Philippines, including those specializing in engineering and road maintenance. This training background makes them highly competent in these vital areas.

When speaking about the Philippines, we should not forget Filipino nurses. They are some 23 percent of the world’s total number of nurses. The Philippines is home to over 190 accredited nursing colleges and institutes, from which some 9,000 nurses graduate each year. Many of them work abroad in countries such as the US, the UK, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Singapore.

Cathy Ann, a 35-year-old Filipino nurse who has been working in the Kingdom for the last five years and before that in Singapore, said she does not feel homesick abroad because “I am surrounded by my compatriots everywhere.” Ann thinks that early training allows Filipinos to excel in nursing and other vocations. She started learning this profession at the age of four as her aunt, a nurse, used to take her to hospital and ask her to watch the work. “She used to kiss me whenever I learned a new thing. At the age of 11, I could do a lot. I began doing things like measuring my grandfather’s blood pressure and giving my mother her insulin injections,” she said.

This type of early education system is lacking in the Kingdom. Many of our children reach the university stage without learning anything except boredom.

The Philippines, which you can barely see on the map, is a very effective country thanks to its people. It has the ability to influence the entire world economy.

We should pay respect to Filipino workers, not only by employing them but also by learning from their valuable experiences.

We should learn and educate our children on how to operate and maintain ships and oil tankers, as well as planning and nursing and how to achieve perfection in our work. This is a must so that we do not become like Muhammad Al-Maghrabi who lost his interest and appetite when Filipino workers left his flower shop.

We have to remember that we are very much dependent on the Filipinos around us. We could die a slow death if they chose to leave us.

Bone Thugs N Harmony Reunion?

Krayzie Bone finally speaks about Bone Thugs reunion. Recently, an interview at Youtube with Krayzie Bone was posted about the reunion of Bone Thugs N Harmony. Krayzie saying Flesh gon' come home on July 10 and that's real real soon. Flesh gon' come out from jail by that time and is ready to make some brand new harmony for us their fans. I saw a video of new Bone tracks entitled "Young Thugs" and they have Bizzy with them singing but not with the group. It was the group who sang the song but they have Bizzy singing like in a studio and the other three on the streets. Krayzie told to the interview that they have conversation with Bizzy regarding the planned reunion. Bizzy was actually with them at their performance at Riverside said Krayzie and that is a real good start for them to come back to the show! "Man, we're ready to roll. We're ready to roll and make it do what we do baby.", Krayzie said on the interview.

My brand new Nokia N82 Black Edition

All this time i have been dreaming of owning a brand new N95 phone. I simply like its features. I thought that all the great features that Nokia engineers could've made was already put in N95. But when I have made a research and compared N82 to N95, I have jumped to the conclusion that N82 is much way better than N95 ( that's for my own opinion folks ). So I decided to buy N82 instead of buying N95. The other reason that made me dicde to buy N82 is because of its Xenon Flash that it's as if you are carrying a pocket digital camera. I have already personalized my new phone. I have already put Anti-Virus, Guardian Anti-Theft, Nokmote, ShakeMe, Games, etc. Right now, I am very satisfied of what I bought. I was really happy and still amazed of my new phone since I shifted from Nokia 6630 to N82. It was like I am using Windows 95 and changed my OS to Windows Vista. Here are some photos of my N82. Took it using my 6630.
