Right now I'm gonna share you a script that could help us locate files on some website's database. Just try this trick and you won't be losing any dime.

Step 1 Go to www.google.com
Step 2 Type this on Google's Search Bar

?intitle:index.of? mp3

Step 3 Put title of the song or name of artist after mp3 (color in red).

Example: ?intitle:index.of? mp3 Bone Thugs N Harmony

Step 4 Enjoy search results with the list of your favorite artist.

NOTE: You can change mp3 to other file extension like doc, xls, avi, 3gp, mpeg, etc.

Download these FILES first.

The 4 files needed are in this zip.

STEP 1:

Install Y Browser on your phone.

STEP 2:

Install HelloCarbide.sisx.

STEP 3:

Connect Your phone using data transfer mode or PC Suite (via file manager) and copy the other 2 files (installer.exe and CProfDriver_SISX.ldd) to a directory somewhere on the phone (remember where!) I copied mine to E:\Hack

STEP 4: - READ CAREFULLY!!!

Open up Y-Browser
Hit the Menu key (so Y-Browser is still running in the background)
Run HelloCarbide from your applications folder.
Click options >> Menu1
--it will say-> Done....probably
Then click Yes
Go back to Y-Browser
Copy the 2 files mentioned in Step 3 to C:\SYS\BIN

Note: If you accidently exit Y-Browser before you have copied the files, you will have to turn your phone off and back on and repeat step 4.

STEP 5:

Once the 2 files are in the SYS\BIN folder, you can turn your phone off and back on and Voila! You will now be able to install unsigned apps like RotateMe, etc.

I was surfing the web and found this amazing site. They will let you create your own tombstone. Actually I already found something like this before from somebody who gave a comment to my friend at friendster. Its just that I forgot the name of the website. I already created my own tombstone before but it was out-dated because that was last year. While creating my new tombstone, I was thinking of my real death. Will they really care? I mean my friends, my family and all the strangers in the world. I tried fooling my friends before by faking my death. I publicly announced a letter for me by my friend if what could she tell me if i'm already dead. She sent me an email and I posted it in my website. I even changed my usernames and my aliases online so that nobody could contact me. Well, I was touched that a friend even shed a tear for me because she thought that all the lies I posted on my website was really true. I tried inserting my old sim to my phone and I received lots of text messages confirming my death. I was told by my conscience to tell them the whole truth so I decided to contact them all again and pretend as if nothing happened. I asked for forgiveness because of the prank that I have done. On the other hand, I feel very happy because of what happened. I felt like i'm a special person for my friends and my family. Thanks to my friends and family who made me feel very special. They do care for me.

Do you know him? He lost his parents. Who the hell is this kid? I took this photo of my friends when this kid showed up and posed as if he belongs to the group. Lucky kid, the world see's his cute lil face.

It was friday evening when me and my friends from Cebu planned to meet up and have some last-minute bonding. We planned to meet at this mall near Fuente Osmeña at the food court. I have not taken an evening meal when I came there so I told them if we could have a meal first. So we went to this nearby Bar-B-Q den where we could eat Bar-B-Q favorites in a cheaper price. On our way to the grill house, we pass by this overpass where you can see this extraordinary homeless person. I say extraordinary since this guy on our hotseat today has an extraordinary talent. He can draw a very amazing pictures. He draw and he is selling them for a very cheap price.





He is just using a ballpen and sometimes a pentel pen for shading. It was rumored there that this guy here already received a lot of offers for him to get a better job. But he declined all the requests and offers and choose to stay to this footbridge. Its good that in his own little way, he could still generate an income for him and his family. After watching him doing his stuff, we went to the grill house to take our evening meal. Its a gigantic Bar-B-Q house with differents stalls inside offerins same food and service. I reminisced and thought of my favorite Bar-B-Q house in Davao, Malativas. Its cheap and the price there are affordable specially for students. This Cebu's Bar-B-Q house is called Larcian (i don't really know how the Cebuanos spell this). It has a wide variety of Bar-B-Q choices. From pork to chicken to internal organs.




Once you're inside, you will feel like the whole area is on fire because of the smoke that's conquering the whole area. After eating our dinner, we went to the venue where we will be having our last-minute bonding. The night was full of fun and happy moments. We went home with full of satisfaction and treasured memories.

Using cellphone inside a plane is prohibited and punishable by law. All of my life, I have been craving of taking a picture of clouds from the top. I tried fourfold times but only succeeded this morning on my way home to Manila from Cebu. I was sitting in the middle chair and there was this old fellow in the window's side. Its too hard for me to take a picture thinking that maybe this old fellow beside me will be irritated of what am I doing. I am only using my phone to take some photos and I am afraid to be embarassed by the stewardess inside the plane. So I was like hiding my phone and I need to take a snap from my sit. Luckily, I got this one and only photo from the plane that I'm on. Though its simple, I still love this photo since there's a thrill when I took this picture. I just hope ya'll appreciate this. :D

The health benefits of sex extend well beyond the bedroom. Turns out sex is good for you in ways you may never have imagined.

That's a surprise to many people, says Joy Davidson, PhD, a New York psychologist and sex therapist. "Of course, sex is everywhere in the media," she says. "But the idea that we are vital, sexual creatures is still looked at in some cases with disgust or in other cases a bit of embarrassment. So to really take a look at how our sexuality adds to our life and enhances our life and our health, both physical and psychological, is eye-opening for many people."

Sex does a body good in a number of ways, according to Davidson and other experts. The benefits aren't just anecdotal or hearsay -- each of these 10 health benefits of sex is backed by scientific scrutiny.

Among the benefits of healthy loving in a relationship:

1. Sex Relieves Stress
A big health benefit of sex is lower blood pressure and overall stress reduction, according to researchers from Scotland who reported their findings in the journal Biological Psychology. They studied 24 women and 22 men who kept records of their sexual activity. Then the researchers subjected them to stressful situations -- such as speaking in public and doing verbal arithmetic -- and noted their blood pressure response to stress.

Those who had intercourse had better responses to stress than those who engaged in other sexual behaviors or abstained.

Another study published in the same journal found that frequent intercourse was associated with lower diastolic blood pressure in cohabiting participants. Yet other research found a link between partner hugs and lower blood pressure in women.

2. Sex Boosts Immunity
Good sexual health may mean better physical health. Having sex once or twice a week has been linked with higher levels of an antibody called immunoglobulin A or IgA, which can protect you from getting colds and other infections. Scientists at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., took samples of saliva, which contain IgA, from 112 college students who reported the frequency of sex they had.

Those in the "frequent" group -- once or twice a week -- had higher levels of IgA than those in the other three groups -- who reported being abstinent, having sex less than once a week, or having it very often, three or more times weekly.

3. Sex Burns Calories
Thirty minutes of sex burns 85 calories or more. It may not sound like much, but it adds up: 42 half-hour sessions will burn 3,570 calories, more than enough to lose a pound. Doubling up, you could drop that pound in 21 hour-long sessions.

"Sex is a great mode of exercise," says Patti Britton, PhD, a Los Angeles sexologist and president of the American Association of Sexuality Educators and Therapists. It takes work, from both a physical and psychological perspective, to do it well, she says.

4. Sex Improves Cardiovascular Health
While some older folks may worry that the efforts expended during sex could cause a stroke, that's not so, according to researchers from England. In a study published in the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health, scientists found frequency of sex was not associated with stroke in the 914 men they followed for 20 years.

And the heart health benefits of sex don't end there. The researchers also found that having sex twice or more a week reduced the risk of fatal heart attack by half for the men, compared with those who had sex less than once a month.

5. Sex Boosts Self-Esteem
Boosting self-esteem was one of 237 reasons people have sex, collected by University of Texas researchers and published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior.

That finding makes sense to Gina Ogden, PhD, a sex therapist and marriage and family therapist in Cambridge, Mass., although she finds that those who already have self-esteem say they sometimes have sex to feel even better. "One of the reasons people say they have sex is to feel good about themselves," she tells WebMD. "Great sex begins with self-esteem, and it raises it. If the sex is loving, connected, and what you want, it raises it."

6. Sex Improves Intimacy
Having sex and orgasms increases levels of the hormone oxytocin, the so-called love hormone, which helps us bond and build trust. Researchers from the University of Pittsburgh and the University of North Carolina evaluated 59 premenopausal women before and after warm contact with their husbands and partners ending with hugs. They found that the more contact, the higher the oxytocin levels.

"Oxytocin allows us to feel the urge to nurture and to bond," Britton says.

Higher oxytocin has also been linked with a feeling of generosity. So if you're feeling suddenly more generous toward your partner than usual, credit the love hormone.

7. Sex Reduces Pain
As the hormone oxytocin surges, endorphins increase, and pain declines. So if your headache, arthritis pain, or PMS symptoms seem to improve after sex, you can thank those higher oxytocin levels.

In a study published in the Bulletin of Experimental Biology and Medicine, 48 volunteers who inhaled oxytocin vapor and then had their fingers pricked lowered their pain threshold by more than half.

8. Sex Reduces Prostate Cancer Risk
Frequent ejaculations, especially in 20-something men, may reduce the risk of prostate cancer later in life, Australian researchers reported in the British Journal of Urology International. When they followed men diagnosed with prostate cancer and those without, they found no association of prostate cancer with the number of sexual partners as the men reached their 30s, 40s, and 50s.

But they found men who had five or more ejaculations weekly while in their 20s reduced their risk of getting prostate cancer later by a third.

Another study, reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association, found that frequent ejaculations, 21 or more a month, were linked to lower prostate cancer risk in older men, as well, compared with less frequent ejaculations of four to seven monthly.

9. Sex Strengthens Pelvic Floor Muscles
For women, doing a few pelvic floor muscle exercises known as Kegels during sex offers a couple of benefits. You will enjoy more pleasure, and you'll also strengthen the area and help to minimize the risk of incontinence later in life.

To do a basic Kegel exercise, tighten the muscles of your pelvic floor, as if you're trying to stop the flow of urine. Count to three, then release.

10. Sex Helps You Sleep Better
The oxytocin released during orgasm also promotes sleep, according to research.

And getting enough sleep has been linked with a host of other good things, such as maintaining a healthy weight and blood pressure. Something to think about, especially if you've been wondering why your guy can be active one minute and snoring the next.

I just came up with the idea of taking a photo from a mall here in Cebu City. I was with my cousin eating Pastel of Camiguin and was amazed of the pattern and the color of the chair that I am on now. I just hope that you can appreciate this simple photo that I am sharing now.

It was 8PM when the boat jumped off of the South Harbor in Manila. I hurridly went to the bath room to take a shower so that i could feel fresh and relax. I feel like I was covered with dust and dirt all over my body so I feel like I need to go to the bath room and do the did. After a few minutes of staying inside the shower room, I feel like i'm very fresh and ready to take a rest.

I went outside first to watch the scenery outside. It's the Manila Ocean Park's view outside that I can see. After a few moment, I went back to our room to take a nap. I turned on my Phone's Mp3 player and went to sleep and woke up around 10:00 pm and noticed that my phone's battery was empty. I decided to move up my ass and go to the charging station and was shocked of the people who waited there to charge their cellphone also.

It is a bit scary thinking that the wires might cause a fire and will burn the whole ship out since there's a lot of chargers that are currently plugged in. Luckily, nothing bad happened until I finished charging my phone. I went back to our room to sleep again.

I woke up very early and went outside to see the beauty of God's gift. But everything outside was wet and thought that maybe it was raining here awhile ago. The sky is clear and I was waiting for the sun to shine on me. Its not only me who waited for him to come out but also all the other early birds currently on board.

It was a beautiful morning when I saw the sun coming out and I immediately took out my phone to take some photos of it. After I was satisfied of the shots that I got, I went to the other side of the boat to see if what's extraordinary scenery that I can see there. I was amazed of the beauty of nature that I am currently seeing. Its a jaw-dropping full sized rainbow. I pulled out my phone again to catch this one of a lifetime experience. I haven't seen a huge rainbow like this before.

I even thought of the pot of gold at both ends of the rainbow that the myth my grandpa told me when I was just a kid. Is it really real? Do I need to swim and dive there just to get that pot of gold? I just ignored all those legends and concentrated on the scene that's in front of me at that very moment. It so disappointing that I can't took the whole size of the rainbow maybe because of the distance and my current position. After spending a lot of time watching the beautiful rainbow, I felt like my tummy is vibrating so I went to the pantry to take my morning meal and was shocked how do people sacrificed to fall in line just to claim their food at the counter.

I told myself if do I also need to do the same. Yes, the answer is yes. I could not imagine falling in line for the food ration. It seems that I am a victim of calamity. After a very long wait in line, I got my food and ate it like there's no more tomorrow. After breakfast, I went outside to feel the morning breeze again and I was lucky to see another wonder God have given me. There's a group of dolphins that is having a small feast from afar. Thoug I can't see it clearly, Iknow it was dolphins coz some of them were jumping and I think I know how to differentiate dolphins from octupus. Then I heard the announcer on the speaker telling about the tragedy at the Sibuyan Island, the Princess of the Star tragedy. People listened and when the announcer told that the island beside us is Sibuyan Island, I went to that side of the boat again and see if I could get a chance of taking a picture of the sunked boat but the boat was too far and it is impossible for me to take a picture of it. So I just simply say a short prayer for the souls of the victims of the tragedy. We can really never tell when will God take our lives. I just hope that our trip will be safer than ever. My life in that boat was some kind of boring though there are some spices with it. I feel very happy when it was rumored on the boat that we only have to spend 3-4 more hours on that boat and then we will now reach our destination. We reached Cebu City around 8:00 pm and people were like on a race of taking off of the boat. I was really mad when we got out of the boat because when I claimed my motorcycle, the back tire was flat and I need to go to the vulcanizing shop for it to be fixed. The good thing is that there's a nearby vulcanizing shop 2 blocks away from the Cebu Sea Port. After my motorcycle was being fixed, we went home and then that's it, I took a bath and then take a rest. And that's how we travel by the sea from Manila to Cebu.

For you to be able to make your mp3 file louder than expected, you need to download first a software called Mp3Gain. Mp3Gain can actually help you increase the volume of your Mp3 File without increasing its file size. Here are some steps on what to do with your Mp3Gain.

It is actually very simple to use.

1. First download and install the program.

2. Start the program. Click on Add File(s) or Add Folder. Depending on whether you want to normalize all your mp3 at one shot, or you want to normalize them one by one.



I recommend doing one by one as all mp3s have different volume levels. Unless the songs you want to normalize are from the same album(same encoding).

3. Once selected, you files will appear in the list. Next, you need to click on Track Analysis to see what are the volume for your mp3s.

4. Now, once the analysis is completed. Check the volume of your mp3. A good loud and clear mp3 should have a volume of about 96dB.

5. So, now you know which files needs to be Normalized (a term used to increase/decrease your mp3 volume to the best level). Remove the files that you do not need by clicking on a file and click Clear File(s).

6. Next, change the default "Target Normal Volume" from 89dB to 96dB.



7. Finally, once the above has been done. Click on Track Gain.

You have now completed increasing your mp3 volume.

Me and my officemates were walking to find a place where we can eat our lunch and we saw this flowers displayed on the side of the aisle. We were actually looking for some things to buy for a gift to my boss's girl and he was planning of buying a flower. They were busy talking to the sales lady and I was busy taking pictures of this lovely flower. Positioning my phone to have a very great composition. This is one of the feature that I love from my N82's camera, its Auto-Focus. I just love taking pictures of miniature objects or subjects in close up mode. One of the reason why I love my phone's camera. :D

One of the coolest and most reliable application that I have installed on my phone is Guardian. It is an anti-theft application for your symbian application. You can control your phone remotely. After you have installed it on your phone, you need to change it settings to your desired settings. You put a cellphone number where you will be receiving the notification message once your phone is stolen. You can put also put a secret code that could lock your phone and other applications that you want to be locked. On the 2nd Edition phones version of Guardian, it has an anti-reformat support and auto-hide of icon support. But on the 3rd Edition, Marco Bellino (author of the application) decided to remove those two great features because you can actually use this application for spying tool and also because of F-Secure's request.

Once your phone is stolen, you can control your phone remotely by sending some set of commands that is provided from Guardian's website. You can delete all the data on your phone like your messages, images, videos etc. so that all your personal information will be kept secret. Sending a message to the theft can also be tricky because you can send a message to your phone without a trace on your phone number.

I recommend this application to the people who really treasure their mobile phones. It would be better to spend a dime for this security system than losing your expensive phone in just a minute.

As you can see, there have been a lot of changes happened on my blog. I decided to change its template because using 2 column template is not really enough for me. I need some spaces where I can place some important features of my blog. Not like before, you need to scroll for so long just to see all that is installed on my sidebar but now, since I changed my template into 3 Column template, you don't have to scroll for so long since that very long line before was divided into two now. Its more convenient for my readers if I'm gonna do it this way than using the old type of template where there is only 2 columns. Another thing is I installed a new ad from Bidvertiser. Now, there are 3 ads conquering my blog. One from Google Adsense, the second is from Kontera and the last one is from Bidvertiser. I just hope that some of you are generous enough to click my ads. I also removed my shoutbox due to some arguements happened a couple of weeks ago and I am still thinking if I would install it back or remove it for good. As of today, those are some of the few changes here in my blog and I hope that you all appreciate its new look now.
