Go to Messaging , select options , settings , email , mailboxes , options , new mailboxes.
1 - Select start
2 - Select pop3
3 - Type in your email address
4 - Then when your asked for your incoming mail server - pop3.live.com
5 - Outgoing mail server - smtp.live.com
6 - Access point should be your default internet access point.
7 - Name your mailbox...... Nearly there

Now select the new mailbox select connection settings ,Incoming email

1 - User name is your email address
2 - Password should be your access password
3 - Now scroll to security ports select SSL/TLS
4 - Port is default then APOP is off...... Next

Go back and select outgoing email

1 - Your email address should be there already if not put it in, then insert the name your real name as user name
2 - insert your access password again
3 - Again security ports SSL/TLS
4 - Security port should be set to 25

Now all you do is set up your personal requirements for retrieval settings and how often you want to do your retrievals.
