Me and my girlfriend decided to eat our "brunch" at Tokyo Tokyo at Ali Mall, Cubao. We woke up late so its gonna be brunch time now. I liked it when we eat at Tokyo Tokyo because of their unlimited rice. So that tells it all, I am a Rice Eater. When we got there, I saw their brand new choices of foods and they changed their utensils too. So, I was thinking that maybe, they just want to have a brand new look on their items. We ordered the regular food that we usually eat there. When I ate all of the rice included in my order, I asked the waiter for the extra rice. Its suppose to be free but the guy told me, "Sir, tag-5 pesos na po yung extra rice namin". I was shocked and was disappointed because I was expecting for the free unlimited rice. If you're not familiar with Tokyo Tokyo, they are really known for quality Japanese foods and of course, for their unlimited rice. So, just to satisfy my cravings for rice, I just asked the guy to get me 2 extra rice. When I got my rice, my disappointment was easily gone because the extra rice is good enough for one whole meal. Maybe, that's the good thing about it. Their extra rice is cheap and its a real Japanese rice. I just don't know how to describe a Japanese rice but its not the normal rice that Filipino's do eat. Its suppose to be expensive but Tokyo Tokyo is just selling it for only Php5. Its really cheap compared to the rice that you buy in "Turo-turo". I decided to still patronize Tokyo Tokyo because for me, nothing has really changed.

Using camera phone for Macro shots? This question was really impossible to me before but when I saw this hack at Engadget, this answered my question. Here's how, you need to have a lens from a broken DVD Player or VCD Player. You need to use small piece of carton for the len's assembly. Of course, you need to have a Camera Phone too. Mine, I am using N82. All you need to do is to put the lens over your Camera Phone's lens. A friend from Symbianize used a lens from his broken VCD Player and the results are like microscopic shots! Check on the images below for some screenshot.

Umorder at nagpakasawa.

In my previous posts, I blogged about Shopping Tips. I first noticed a website about shopping guidelines when I was looking for some information about Xbox 360 gaming console. Because of satisfaction, I enjoyed their website and that's the time that I became their regular reader. Whenever I am interested about a certain product, I would go directly to them. The website is complete and there's no need for you to go browse a different website just to have an additional information about the product.

The other day, my Girlfriend told me that we need to buy new pot because the one that we're using got a hole on it. I dunno why but maybe because it has been abused. Poor little pot. So what I did is I went online and checked for some good pot that we can buy. So, I went to this certain website where I can be able to find a quality pot. As expected, I got more info and satisfaction from them. The only item that I was looking for was just a pot but I've seen more! Just like coffee maker(which I think is very essential for my job!), toasters and ovens, blenders, etc. I enjoyed viewing their website and reading. It really helped me learn about Kitchen items and Dining. This is really a recommended wiki site. If my girlfriend's Mom would be able to see this, she would really enjoy it since she is the chef at home.

I remember my Aunt who's an instructor in of Hotel and Restaurant Services. I once told her about this and she's really glad that she now has an online manual. Actually, she's planning to buy items now from them. The products are cheap and satisfaction guaranteed.

Five users of Facebook, an online social-networking website, accused and filed a lawsuit against them as a data-mining den and not delivering its promise to give users a strict control on the data they upload on their profile. Facebook was founded by Mark Zuckerberg last 2004. The website's main purpose is to let users stay connected to their college friends as they part ways after graduating to their degree. Registrants must be 13years old and above but the thing is that they don't have a reliable tool to confirm that the person is putting his right age. Members of Facebook has an option to choose who can view their profile, pictures stories, notes, etc. Terms of Service of the website has been repeteadly revised. Last month, Facebook announced the recent update for the level of privacy options including "all of your friends, your friends and people in your school or work networks, and friends of friends".

I wonder why is it that Direct TV System here in the Philippines are not that a "hit" compared to United States. I tried surfing over the Internet about some information about Satellite TV and yes, there's a lot of Satellite TV offers there in United States. I came across to this certain website that offers quality Satellite TV with HD (High Definition) and very affordable price there in United States. The name of the company is Direct TV System. Compared to Cable TVs, Direct TV can reach Rural Areas. People from Rural Areas can enjoy 200+ channels. They offer different subscriptions too like Family Entertainment, that has Parental Controls and channels are suitable for all ages. Other packages are Basic Entertainment Packages, TV Lover's Package, For the TV Fan on the Go, The Ultimate HD Package and Ultimate Entertainment Package (my favorite!). UEP has 5 moths free with 265+ channels! Just to inform you that Satellite TV is now the popular choice of most of the consumers compared to broadcast TV and Cable TV. The offers are very promising that I myself can't resist.

If given a chance to stay in United States, I would really subscribe to them than subscribing to Cable TV. Others companies offer cheap prices but not enough channels to choose from. Since I'm not from United States, I will just recommend this product to my friends there in United States. I checked on their website and it is highly recommended since their website is highly secured and they are registered to BBB (Better Business Bureau. If you're still not convinced, just click here for more information. Or you can just contact them directly at 866-615-0057!

Been looking for some Bone Thugs-N-Harmony Merchandise and haven't seen some here in the Philippines. Its been years now when I saw someone from our place wearing black shirt with printed name of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. It was so disappointing since I'm a big fan of Bone and I don't have any of those. Since then, I decided to keep on looking for some Bone Apparel. I really hope that it would be available soon here in the Philippines. But for how many years of finding, I haven't seen anyone selling those stuff. I checked over the Internet to find someone from the Philippines selling stuff but no luck at all. I saw some but sold online and the items are from U.S. That picture above is a sample from BTNH Merch who's selling Bone Thugs apparel. I just hope that I could buy from them soon. I really want to have one of those. Too bad I don't have credit card to use. But I'll find a way just to buy that!

Nokia and Microsoft will have a teleconference on August 12, 2009. Nobody knows what's with the conference but it has said over the Internet that they will be having a tie up. Featured speakers are Stephen Elop, President of Microsoft's Business Division and Kai Öistämö, Nokia's EVP for Devices. Its not really certain if its a Nokia phone with a Windows OS. Nokia will then be supporting three different OSs. Rumor says Nokia will be partnering with Intel to build a notebook or a tablet. Thinking that if these two companies will tie up with Microsoft, then that's gonna be a badass Windows 7 powered tablet/netbook. Lets just wait for the announcement of "The Giants" soon!

Introducing, the Nokia Ovi Mail. Nokia is now offering free email accounts to their users. Ovi Mail is available for S40 and the Web. Before, I was only enjoying the Ovi Share for my multimedia files. Now, I am using their email and based on my experience, this can now be the "New Kid In The Town". So, your new email would look like email@ovi.com. What I like most about this new email provider is the domain name. Its not too common and the domain name has only 3 letters. Last week, I tried using their Email system and it has some bugs to be fixed. Well, its still in Beta version that time. When I tried using it again this time, everything went fine smoothly. More power to Nokia and to Ovi. I hope they'll be updating the Map soon for the Philippines.

The first female President of the Philippines, Corazon C. Aquino, died at 76 today early in the morning. It has been told that she died due to cardiac arrest. The former President sufferred Colon Cancer that she carries for more than years now. It has been very painful for the Aquino and Cojuanco family that one of their great family member died. It was said in national TV News that her wake will be at The Heritage Park, Taguig City. The place has been closed now for the public and only Family members and close friends are the ones who can enter the premises.

Cory lead the "1st People Power" or the "EDSA Revolution" in 1986 that ended the 24years of ruling by Ferdinand Marcos. Another great Filipino "left" us but for sure, her legacy will still remain in every single Filipino. May her soul rest in peace.
