Jollibee Foods Corporation, a giant food chain in the Philippines, bought 70% of Mang Inasal. According to what I read, the price is P3 Billion. Jollibee Foods Corporation said that they’ll pay Mang Inasal owner Edar Sia III of Injap Investments Inc. P200 million for downpayment. Wondered why they bought Mang Inasal. Mang Inasal’s main line of product is inasal chicken. Is it because Mang Inasal’s chicken is being patronized now by more Filipinos?
