Banana or Saging (in tagalong) : The healthiest fruit in the world!

There’s a saying that “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” That’s totally wrong. What’s newis “Two bananas a day keep the doctor away.” There have been a lot of researches proving that banana is the healthiest and is really good in our body.

One banana contains 100 grams: Calories: 88 calories, Vitamin A: 430 I.U., Vitamin B: Thiamine .04 mg., Vitamin C: 10 mg., Calcium: 8 mg., Iron: 6 mg., Phosphorus: 28 mg., Potassium: 260 mg., Carbohydrates: 23 grams, and Protein: 1.2 mg.
Benefits of eating banana:

1. Stomach – Banana has its own antacid called phospholid  that can prevent from ulcer and or good for those who have ulcer. Banana contains flavonoid that can heal wounds in our stomach.

2. Heart – Banana has potassium and vitamins that is very good in heart. Especially if you have maintenance for your heart, add up 2 banana’s a day.

3. Multivitamin — as what have been mentioned above, Banan is like a multi vitamin because it has vitamin A, B, C, Calcium, Iron, and Potassium. If you eat 2 bananas a day, you can Have It All like Edu Manzano and Feel Complete like Piolo Pascual in a cheaper way!

4. Good for Colon - Since Banana is rich in fiber, it can help us prevent Colon Cancer and other illnesses for our intestine.

5. Good for exercise – To those who do exercise everyday, Banana can prevent your body in decreasing potassium.

6. For stress and to relax – did you know that banana has tryptophan? It’s a chemical that can make us feel happy and bring back our good emotion. So, if you’re depressed because your girlfriend left you, don’t worry, eat banana!

ROSENGÃ…RD, Sweden - Last week, the Nokia N8 broke a world record for the world’s smallest stop motion animation, named Dot. Then on Saturday, the folks at Nokia Sweden decided to go the other way, erecting what must count as one of the world’s biggest cinema screens. Residents of the city district of RosengÃ¥rd were treated to a movie night they will never forget, powered by a Nokia N8 through it’s HDMI port in stunning high-definition.

Creating the world’s biggest cinema screen is no easy task, as it takes a lot of planning, teams of people and specialised equipment to make sure it all comes together. The 1,428 square metre (that’s 51 metres x 28 metres) cinema screen is so large that it had to be assembled, and watched, outside. The screen was hoisted up in front of a tower block, and held in place by two giant cranes while four XLM HD30 projectors, each weighing 140 kilos, projected the Prince of Persia movie onto it. Onlookers were amazed and delighted to witness this world record happening in their own district.

Few years back, I mentioned about this website that offers free domain name with no Ads and now, I have discovered a new site that offers the same but with a lot of great features for those who are in a tight budget and can’t afford a domain name for now. Introducing, the www.co.cc domain hosting! What’s great about this website is that they offer DNS service for free, CNAME, Sub domains, Adsense for domain and an easy installation to all Blogger hosted blogs. The sign up process is easy and even the set up of your domain name. There are 3 ways for you to set up your domain first are the Name Server then the Zone Records and then the URL Forwarding that lets you hide your real address and display the CO.CC address or you can also display your real address. Try it out now and enjoy the unlimited free service of CO.CC!

For over a decade, I have never done the laundry of my own clothes. What I usually do is go to a laundry shop and let them do the deed or if my Nanay is available, I’d let her do it for me. Doing my own laundry is not a very good idea because it triggers my hard-of-breathing illness so I’d better be safe before I killed myself. But sometimes, I take considerations just like this morning. The labandera that my Aunt hired didn’t come over so I have no choice but to do the laundry myself. Good thing it has been made easy for me because of the tips my Aunt gave me. Also, I have proven myself that Ariel Detergent Powder really works in white tees. I love white tees and I was really concerned that I can’t remove the stains on it but goo thing that detergent powder removed it during the babad process. I ended up very proud and happy after doing my own laundry but I hope I won’t suffer that hard-of-breathing illness later tonight.

Nokia finally give in and revealed their latest technology, Dual Sim phones. I know it has been announced few months back but I'd still want to share this to the people who doesn't have any idea about it yet.
The Nokia C1 has 3 sub-models the C1-00, C1-01 and C1-02; C1-00 being the cheapest for about Php2,000. This handset can store up to 500 entries in Phonebook, a memory enough to store 250 messages and a battery life that can last for about 6 weeks with up to 13hours talk time, the longest ever in all Nokia handsets. Before I forgot, it has a built-in FM Tuner and a Flashlight and is available in red or blue. Nokia C1 is already available in all Nokia Stores and authorized dealers nationwide. On the other hand, Nokia C2 has a bit of features like bluetooth, VGA camera, GPRS and FM recording. The price too is not that far from Nokia C1 because it will only cost you Php2,500. What's great about this handset is that you can switch or replace the sim cards even if the phone is turned on.

SAMSUNG A800 SECRET CODES

The universal unlock code is *2767*637# do this with out your sim in
By default, the firmware (software) for x600 only receives java
apps and other applications like stuff by serial port.
but even for it, you have to enable the serial port, which also
causes
the closing of all other ports, even the IrDA too :-( ..
well, guess what, i have very good news for you,
do you know, you can increase the sound level,
the sound level for tones, speaker fone, etc,
can be increase even then if it is at max (level 4)
you still can do it,
just follows the instructions!

**************** HERE WE GO **************
Enter the following code:
*#8999*8378#
(You'll be shown menu, then ...)
then go to:
"H/W test"
then go to:
"Audio Settings"

then go to:
"Melody Gain"

There will you see a number.
there are five (5) Melody Levels" of it.
(and currently, you are at level 1 and after
pressing the "save" button, you will move to
level 2 and so on .........................)
you have to change the values of all the levels.
and as the resultant, it will give increase the
melody sound!, your tones will more louder,
even more louder then the max. ringing volume.
the level wise numbers are: (as its my setting :-) )

Melody Level 1: 13
Melody Level 2: 17
Melody Level 3: 18
Melody Level 4: 25
Melody Level 5: 31
you even can make your own combinations of level wise
sounding numbers that can change the sound level!.

if your combination cause more louder sound level,
then mine,
then do share it with the group! ... :-)
meanwhile, try my figured-out combination!

************ CAUTION ************
if anything goes wrong,
then you can apply the master reset code,
that will NOT delete anything, ANYTHING from your
cell fone, but set each and eveything to its
default/standard setting ...
(likes, factory settings :-) )
the master reset code is:
#*7728#

#########################################
I take no responsibility of these codes are working or not,
or its effects on your cell fone
but i have tried these codes on my cell fone.
and i bet, nothing goes wrong,
but even then of my words, be carefull!,
#########################################
The code: *#8999*8378#
as i regarded it a informative code,
will tell you each and everything about your cell fone.
and in the "H/W test",
there are lot of other Audio settings,
each of them having five (5) levels,
you can change the combination, but before doing anything,
do write the defult number sequence to some place so that
you'll be then able to invert it again! .. :-) ...
